  • Do you accept reservations for items?

Yes, we can do reservations for up to three working days.

  • What payment methods do you accept? 

Online At the moment, we only accept bank deposit/transfers. The details will be shared upon checkout.

  • Can you customize certain pieces? 

We do not accept custom orders. However, we do take reorders of existing styles.

  • How do I track the status of my order?

An email or text confirmation will be sent to you as soon as the item has been dispatched from our warehouse for delivery.

  • Are all items in the website in stock and ready to ship?

All items on the website are available for purchase, unless stated otherwise. We try our best to guarantee availability, therefore, we regularly update the status of the products posted on our website and store.

If an item you wish to purchase is marked ‘sold out,’ you may send an email to [email protected] and we will let you know if and when it will be replenished.
